Overview:

This position requires a strong command of English and a background in customer service. As part of the Helpdesk you are responsible to answer incoming calls, identify the site and the problem. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) must ensure proper relationships are established and maintained with customers and others throughout the company to accomplish assigned duties. The CSR is also responsible for ensuring that all interactions and work are properly captured and documented in the central ticketing system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English

• Ability to answer telephone and respond accurately and courteously to inquiries

Preferred:

• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service field

• Previous experience working in an international environment
• Other language skills (i.e. Japanese) are a plus

Overview:
This position requires a strong background in the Linux operating system, preferably with Linux server administration. As new technologies emerge and impact our systems, the Linux System Administrator is expected to learn these technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies with our systems. The Linux System Administrator is a key technical resource for other Senior Staff, providing advice, training, and technical support for various projects. In addition, the Linux System Administrator works closely with professional technical staff in the IT management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
• Extensive experience working with at least one variant of Linux
• Previous programming or scripting experience
• Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
• Ability to work productively in teams
• Good problem solver

Preferred:

•  Proficiency with Linux (e.g. Red Hat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu), Solaris, and MacOS machines
•  Good understanding and experience with administration of E-mail servers such as Sendmail, Postfix, and Qmail
•  Proficiency with database servers such as Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL; and web servers such as Apache, Tomcat, and Nginix
•  Good knowledge of deployment, optimization, and scaling of Linux/Apache/MySQl/PHP (LAMP) Systems
•  Programming and scripting ability (Perl, Python, Borne shell, Expect, Java, etc.)
•  Good knowledge of Linux systems and program installation, compilation, and configuration
•  Good understanding of system-level security procedures, familiarity with cryptography tools e.g. ssh, ipsec, gpg/pgp, OpenSSL
•  Experience maintaining servers for standard Internet services such as DNS, web, mail, and FTP
•  Good understanding of virtualization technologies such as VmWare ESXi, Xen, and Virtual Box
•  Experience hardening servers, configuring firewalls, and implementing general best business security practices
•  Good command of spoken and written English
•  Flexible, hard working, and customer service oriented personality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• At least 2-3 years experience in software development using any of these languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.NET
• Experience in Oracle Database will be an advantage
• Background in outsourcing, consulting services or project-based environment would be preferable
• Service mind with positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge in UML is a plus
• Good attention to detail and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• At least 1 year experience in test process maintaining test scenarios, test cases and test scripts
• Background in application testing, system testing concepts, and/or software testing methodologies would be an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL query language, stored procedures, and Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
• Having Software development experience or a programming skill would be beneficial
• Background in outsourcing, consulting services or project-based environment would be preferable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of CMM or CMMi is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry in software development using Java platform programming: Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Oracle and MSQL Server database skills; J2EE, EJB, UML, Servlet/JSP and SQL scripting in client software applications or Web Sphere
• Proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinking, fast learner and positive attitude in teamwork
• Mature with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good command of written and verbal skills in English
• Knowledge of CMM, CMMI or ISO 9001 a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in software industry with good understanding of Internet technologies
• Good Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design with UML
• Good design documentation is required
• Working experience with OLAP tools administration and development is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, self motivated and result oriented
• Strong analytical, communication and people skills
• Good knowledge of CMM or CMMi is a plus
• Able to work well under pressure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in software development using of the language Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports or Oracle Applications would be an advantage
• Experience with Oracle database will be an advantage
• Background in outsourcing, consulting services or project-based environment would be preferable

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure
