Indoor advertising is a perfect way to target and captivate a specific audience.. Matching the right advertising media to the most suitable venue-demographic can be a real challenge, especially when there's hundreds of venues and thousands of ad-frames. Venues need to be paid on time, accurate and informative billing statements need to be sent to clients. When placing posters you need to be aware of any specific needs or rules that the venue imposes for what they consider appropriate content. Clients of course have their own requirements about the specific demographic they seek to target. Finally there's the logistical side to it all, making sure there are enough posters, and that posters are distributed or rotated as efficiently as possible.

Mediaware is exciting new software that manages all this and more. It's easy to install and configure, as it is built for the

standard Windows client.  Information is stored and retrieved reliably and safely, with proper security in place to ensure that the people in your team have access to the parts of the system they need access to, but not to potentially sensitive client and venue information.

Mediaware is also aware of any special limitations venues may place on the types of advertising that is allowed to be placed, and prevents unsuitable content to be placed at venues. Mediaware provides information to the sales force about future availability of venue locations, and prints detailed monthly billing statements specifying the fees due based on actual places content. On the logistics side, Mediaware includes basic poster inventory control, and prints specific listings of advertising media to be placed in each venue (sub) location, per messenger route.
