Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to customers/users within the company
  • Manage ticket query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Perform in analysis the software application functionality and suggest improvements
  • Ensure effective front end and back end functionality of applications
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the company’s systems
  • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information technology or any related field
  • Experienced user and confident in computer applications, not just Microsoft Office
  • Good awareness of Customer Care
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Good inter-personal skills, with ability to help users
  • Passion for learning and self development
  • Intermediate command in English
  • New grads are welcomed
