Job Description:
Provide leadership in 4 areas: Resource Development, Pre-Sales, Project Management and Consumer Consulting to support company growth
Provide internal training in general and technical area
Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirement
Provide project leadership, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and leading the team
Provide leadership collaboration to drive definition and delivery of agreed solutions
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineer, Computer Software, Information Technology or IT related
10 years of experience in software testing field
Understand and have a hand-on experience in business field
Possess a skill of problem analysis and critical thinking
Possess a skill of leadership, good communication and interpersonal
Drives for successful results
Good communication in English, including reading, writing, speaking and listening
