A System Analyst is responsible for gathering, interpreting and analyzing data from clients before designing and proposing IS solutions. Using their knowledge of techniques, tools, and related systems to modify, integrate, and enhance client's requirements in order to optimize their productivity and efficiency. Under the direction of a Project Lead and/or Project Manager, this position requires good technical and communication skill, necessary to work with various teams, both technical and non-technical.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field.
  • Minimum two years professional experience in full-stack Ruby on Rails development, including backend and frontend development.
  • Solid knowledge of Ruby language (Python/Perl also are highly desired), Design Pattern MVC, MVP, API communication, Webservice, Database (MySQL or Postgresql etc).
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Ruby web frameworks (Rails, Sinatra, etc).
  • Expertise in a modern Javascript framework such as Backbone.js, React, Angular, or Ember will be added advantages.
  • Hands-on Experience with developing responsive and user friendly web interfaces using modern front end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux hosting and AWS environment configuration and scripting.
  • Positive attitude and respect for teamwork.
  • Able to work without supervision and under pressure.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem solving ability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
