The Challenge
BEWISH (Bewish Car Rental Co., Ltd.) is a car rental company that meets international standards, operated by a team of professionals with extensive expertise in both short-term and long-term car rental services. With a wide selection of vehicles from various brands, BEWISH has been serving corporate clients, government agencies, and state enterprises for many years. Most customers use the rental service for company cars, executive vehicles, sales support teams, or logistics teams. The company provides fixed monthly rental rates throughout the contract period, enabling customers to clearly control expenses. Clients can also choose the brand and model of vehicle as well as request the installation of additional accessories as needed.
Like many companies in Thailand, BEWISH began with only a few employees, relying on basic tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and direct communication channels for daily workflows. However, as BEWISH achieved business growth beyond expectations, they expanded their workforce and service divisions. The old way of working could no longer support such rapid growth. The management team therefore sought a globally standardized system that could increase efficiency and support the company’s continued expansion.
One of BEWISH’s executives had previously worked with Aware and was impressed by the BizSol team, who had successfully implemented and supported SAP Business One for another large car rental company. They also provided project management and coordination services in that implementation. When this executive later joined BEWISH, they invited the BizSol team to propose solutions tailored to their business.
What Aware

- Standard SAP Business One License และเริ่มดำเนินการ Implementation, Configuration และ Support สำหรับการใช้งาน Back End Operation ประกอบด้วย Module ต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

- Add-on SAP Business One License และเริ่มดำเนินการ Implementation, Configuration และ Support สำหรับการใช้งาน Front End Operation ซึ่ง Add-on นี้พัฒนาขึ้นเองโดยทีมงาน BizSol และแยกนำเสนอเป็น 2 phase
- Phase แรก จะเป็น Add-on สำหรับ Long Term Car Rental Operation หรือ โปรแกรมเพื่อให้รองรับธุรกิจรถเช่าระยะยาวประกอบด้วย Feature ต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้งาน
- การจัดการข้อมูลรถ เช่น เลขเครื่อง เลขถัง การเปลี่ยนทะเบียนรถ การบันทึกเลขไมล์ ข้อมูลลูกค้าที่เช่ารถ ข้อมูลสัญญาเช่ารถ สถานที่ (Location) ของรถ การจัดการรถทดแทน เป็นต้น
- การจัดการและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เสริม
- การบันทึกสัญญาลีสซิ่ง/เช่าซื้อ การบันทึกราคาเช่าซื้อ ยอดผ่อนชำระแต่ละงวด ยอด Balloon จำนวนงวด และคำนวณดอกเบี้ย รวมถึงการกลับรายการดอกเบี้ยรอตัดเมื่อทำจ่ายค่างวด
- การส่งมอบรถยนต์
- การรับรถคืนเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญาเช่า
- การคำนวณค่าปรับการยกเลิกสัญญา
- การโอนย้ายสัญญาไปยังลูกค้ารายใหม่
- การจัดการตารางการซ่อมบำรุง ของรถแต่ละรุ่น ตามไมล์ และการแจ้งเตือนการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์ล่วงหน้า ตามอัตราการใช้รถตามเลขไมล์ 2 ครั้งล่าสุด
- การจัดการการโอนย้ายรถ (บันทึกข้อมูลสาขาและสถานที่จอดรถ)
- การบันทึกรถรอขาย (เพื่อไม่ให้นำไปปล่อยเช่าต่อได้) และการขายรถเพื่อตัดรถออกจากระบบ
- การจัดทำฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ตามรูปแบบที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการ
- ใบเสนอราคา

- การเลือกใช้ Database นำเสนอเป็น Microsoft SQL Server
- การออกแบบในส่วนของ Infrastructure, Installation และ Support นำเสนอเป็น Cloud Server พร้อมกับให้บริการ Managed Service โดย System Engineer ของทีมงาน SIMS ของ Aware
ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นการนำเสนอ Solutions ให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Requirement ภายใต้งบประมาณที่ควบคุมได้ และยังเป็นระบบที่มีมาตรฐานสากล สามารถรองรับการขยายธุรกิจในอนาคตของ BEWISH ได้
เนื่องจากผู้บริหารและทีมผู้ใช้งานระบบของ BEWISH ให้ความร่วมมือในการดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ กับทีม Consultant ของ BizSol เป็นอย่างดีทำให้ระบบงานสามารถ Go Live ได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้อย่างราบรื่น แม้จะมีอุปสรรคจากความซับซ้อนของ daily tasks ที่ดำเนินการไปพร้อม ๆ กับการใช้งานระบบและ urgent tasks ที่ไม่สามารถวางแผนได้ล่วงหน้าแทรกเข้ามาก็ตาม ปัจจุบันการใช้งานและดูแลระบบก็ยังดำเนินการอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่องและเป็นที่พึงพอใจ
