Job Description:

  • Implement integrations requested by customers
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
  • 5+ years in IT Infrastructure and/or Software Development experience
  • 1+ years of prior related work experience, particularly in the areas of DevOps and agile delivery
  • Experienced or worked in the area of Cloud Technology platform (Either Public Cloud or Private Cloud) more than a year.
  • Understanding of SDLC in the areas of CI/CD landscape and have hands-on experiences on stacks: Jenkins, Git, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, Prometheus, etc.
  • Understanding Microservices Architecture and how to manage a number of services using DevOps practices
  • Understanding or can develop Microservices application with Spring Boot is a plus
  • Hands-on experienced in configuration management: Ansible, Chef, etc.
  • Hands-on experienced containerization e.g. Docker, Kubernetes etc.
  • Familiarity with scripting JSON, YAML, Shell (Bash), PowerShell, Python
  • Experienced in managing Linux based infrastructure: RHEL, CentOS etc.
  • Hands-on experienced with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB etc.
  • Hands-on experienced with components such as Redis, Kafka, Consul, Elasticsearch, etc.
  • Hands-on Infrastructure as Code using Terraform is a plus
  • Certification for Amazon Web Service (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
