We are seeking a detail-oriented and ethical Payroll Executive to help with overseeing and managing payroll operations for over 1,300 employees across Aware Group & subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be based in our Chiang Mai HQ and collaborate closely with the Accounting, HR, and Compliance teams.

Job Description:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing within Aware Group with the team.

Ensure compliance with Thai tax laws, social security fund regulations, and labor legislation.

Maintain accurate payroll data, deductions, benefits, and employee records.

Coordinate monthly salary disbursements, tax filings, and social security contributions.

Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for internal use and audits.

Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues professionally.

Support Accounting team with payroll data for monthly and annual closings.

Contribute to improvements and automation in payroll systems and processes.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or relevant fields.

1–3 years of experience in Payroll Officer or Payroll Executive roles.

Experience handling payroll for a group of companies or large organizations.

Knowledge of payroll regulations, personal income tax, labor law, and social security requirements in Thailand.

Experience working with payroll software and Excel; capable of managing large datasets.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and responsibility.

Good problem-solving skills and initiative.

Thai native level communication and basic English proficiency.
