Job Description:

Get requirement, Consult to the detail and Support IT System Solutions to clients/prospects
Contact Hardware/Software Vendors for providing solutions
Work as IT Solution Presales to design solution, list equipment, and documentation
Work close to IT project to set up IT Infrastructure / IT Implementation (Server, Storage, Network etc.) to clients
Prepare IT Project summary documents to deliver to customers including IT training related to the project

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, ICT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related fields
1 year of experience in IT System Engineering/Administrative
Basic knowledge of network systems; TCP/IP, Switching, VLAN, and IT Standard Protocol
Basic knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure system; On-Premise system, both Physical and Virtualize System (VMware, Hyper-V or others)
Able to design the system/solution of the IT Infrastructure system (Server, Storage, Operating System, Network) to meet the needs of customers
Team working and able to work overtime (sometimes)
Able to drive a car and having driver’s license
Able to communicate well in English
Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud fields (If doesn’t have, Aware has Certificate Welfare to take the tests)
New grad with logical thinking and engineering service attitude are welcomed
