Job Description:


  • Develop sales strategy and identify, originate, and pursue new business opportunities to enable achievement of customer acquisition, market share, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Understand customers’ needs and requirements, originates and manages a portfolio of clients and provides ongoing assistance and value-added solutions to the existing portfolio of clients and new clients to increase the number of clients and the wallet shares of existing ones.
  • Manage client opportunity planning, client meetings, proposal preparation and negotiation, and deal closing to ensure the delivery of exceptional business development and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with a network of key clients, championing and driving the implementation of customer care initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Plan manpower, finances, resources, and new projects.
  • Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, risk, and resource requirements.
  • Lead business strategy and opportunity related client consultation.
  • Prepare strategies with internal team to ensure clients’ targets are achieved.
  • Conduct periodic performance review with existing clients and manage the overall responsibilities i.e., working closely with internal team to achieve clients’ deliverables within planned time frame.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, for the effective implementation and continual improvement of the company.
  • Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must possess good presentation and communication skills.
  • Can do attitude, hardworking, high accountability, and adaptability to change.
  • Tech savvy, business acumen, customer centric and passionate to drive value added solutions.
  • Thai Citizen & Thai Speaker is preferred
