Job Description:
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
- Use standardized screening techniques, assess skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors.
- Design and develop relevant training based on individual /department /company needs to improve job skills.
- Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, and videos.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback in line with the strategic plan of raising capabilities and developing talents to reinforce our people effectiveness.
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, for the effective implementation and continual improvement of the company.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Good command of both spoken and written English. (TOEIC 650 or more)
- Process driven, agile mindset, proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High responsibility and prioritize work effectively within the tight deadline.
- Can do attitude, hardworking, and adaptability to change.
- Thai Citizen & Thai Speaker is preferred
