Job Description:


  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
  • Use standardized screening techniques, assess skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors.
  • Design and develop relevant training based on individual /department /company needs to improve job skills.
  • Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, and videos.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback in line with the strategic plan of raising capabilities and developing talents to reinforce our people effectiveness.
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, for the effective implementation and continual improvement of the company.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, or related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English. (TOEIC 650 or more)
  • Process driven, agile mindset, proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High responsibility and prioritize work effectively within the tight deadline.
  • Can do attitude, hardworking, and adaptability to change.
  • Thai Citizen & Thai Speaker is preferred
