Job Description:

Responsible for controlling, developing, maintaining, and supporting the internal information network system of the project (hospital infrastructure)

Develop and integrate development plans, maintenance, and support for the hospital's information network system to meet the criteria of ISO/IEC 27001 information security standards.

Support the provision of healthcare services according to the established operational plans.

Analyze and troubleshoot various system usage issues under the project; providing solutions and workarounds to users.

Monitor and resolve computer usage issues, software installation, and IT support tasks to ensure smooth operations and support efficient work performance.

Manage the hospital's network infrastructure, including DNS systems, User AD systems, email systems, antivirus programs, and backup systems.

Oversee network and communication operations, including planning, designing, and developing systems, controlling system access, installation, repair, maintenance, security checks, and bandwidth usage.

Manage outsourced companies providing hardware and peripheral device services, ensuring efficient support for the hospital's information services.

Inspect, maintain, control, and optimize the performance of internal data center equipment to support efficient hospital operations, in line with the hospital's goals and policies.

Provide advice and create system operation manuals and various reports within the information system to meet information security policies such as ITIL or ISO 27001.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering and Security, Computer Innovation Engineering, Information Technology, ICT, Medical Informatics, Software Engineering, or other related fields.

7+ years of experience in network system administration and management, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Good skills in VMware virtualization, server, and storage hardware.

Familiar with IT service management processes and IT Security standards.

Experience and knowledge in assessing the current IT Infrastructure setup, suggesting improvements, and managing the successful implementation of these improvement projects.

Experience in working in setting up hospital system would be a big plus.

Knowledge in setting up and running SAP systems would be a big advantage.

Excellent communication to various people.

Critical thinking and management skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Certifications in ISO 27001 and/or ITIL field.

Good command in Thai & English. (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
