Job Description:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs
Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure business needs are effectively translated into system functionalities
Leverage data analytics tools to interpret business trends, identify patterns, and support decision-making
Support projects related to web and mobile banking, product enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure business solutions adhere to banking regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of business analysis artifacts
User Acceptance Testing Support
Assist in creating test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Actively listen to stakeholders, understand their pain points, and propose solutions that align with their business goals
Work from Anywhere, come to Office once a week.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking industry
Understanding of web and mobile banking solutions, financial products, and banking regulation
Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and SQL is a plus
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira or Trello
Ability to analyze complex business issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive decision-making
Strong ability to present findings, conduct stakeholder meetings, and facilitate discussions
A customer-focused approach with a long-term vision for business success
Good presentation and documentation skills
Thai Native with good coomand in English
