Job Description:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand project objectives and constraints.
  • Translate business needs into clear and detailed software specifications for the development team.
  • Develop requirement-related documentation, such as Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure traceability and alignment.
  • Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and assisting users in validation activities.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Participate in solution discussions to assess feasibility and practicality from both technical and business standpoints.
  • Work from Anywhere, come to Office once a week.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within software or IT projects.
  • Experience in writing SRS and documentation, with strong understanding of requirement lifecycle and traceability.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and assess the technical feasibility of solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Service-minded, team-oriented, with a pleasant and proactive personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly, and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Thai Native with good coomand in English
