Job Description:

  • Lead test planning, effort estimation, and test strategy definition across projects.
  • Analyze user stories, use cases, and business requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Oversee and participate in all levels of testing, including System, Integration, and Regression testing.
  • Guide the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts as needed.
  • Identify, track, and manage software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support QA team members, promoting continuous learning and high performance.
  • Work from Anywhere, come to Office once a week.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and executing both manual and automated tests.
  • Experienced in writing and analyzing SQL queries for backend validation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and influence quality across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
  • Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
  • Service minded, people oriented with pleasant personality.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Thai Native with good coomand in English
