Job Description:

Analyze requirements/components and design test cases and test scripts.

Create test cases, detailed test steps, and prepare test data.

Maintain and review test cases.

Coordinate with the development team, BA(s) and PM to prepare the SIT environment and ensure readiness before testing starts.

Execute SIT test cases and record test results.

Detect, report and log defects in JIRA.

Analyze defects and provide feedback to the development team for fixes.

Track defects to closure and produce test/defect status reports.

Perform UAT and create user manual and any document needed.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Computer or any related field.

5–7 years’ experience in Software testing, particularly in life or general insurance.

Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts, conducting SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Skill in JIRA and able to produce Test Progress and Test Summary reports using PivotTables and/or Power BI.

Understands SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work well under pressure.

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

Able to work onsite 100%.

Able to communicate in Thai fluently (no English required).
