Job Description:

  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and review of existing systems; produce clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into system requirements, acceptance criteria, and testable scenarios.
  • Design and maintain test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test scripts (SIT and UAT).
  • Prepare test data, set up/coordinate test environments, and ensure environment readiness before testing.
  • Execute and/or supervise System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); record and report test results.
  • Log, triage and track defects in tools such as JIRA; work closely with developers to prioritize and validate fixes.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure delivered functionality meets business needs.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, process flows, release notes, and training materials; support end-user training during UAT and go-live.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers/analysts; review test artifacts and requirements documents for quality and completeness.
  • Support deployment, post-release validation and production issue investigation as needed.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in software testing with progressive responsibility; at least 2+ years performing requirement gathering/system analysis activities or hybrid SA/test roles.
  • Proven experience designing and executing SIT and UAT test cycles, preparing test data, and managing defect lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficient with defect and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and documentation tools.
  • Hands-on SQL skills for data validation and backend verification.
  • Good Excel skills (PivotTables) and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman) and basic knowledge of integration testing concepts.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Fluent in Thai with strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
