Job Description:
Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with business users and stakeholders to understand complex business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Analyze business processes and design end-to-end system solutions that align with business objectives, technical architecture, and best practices.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including System Specification, Functional Specification, Data Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, User Stories, and API Specifications.
Design system workflows, integration approaches, database structures, and interface specifications for enterprise applications.
Provide technical guidance and consultation to development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Perform impact analysis for new initiatives, enhancements, and change requests, identifying risks and recommending appropriate solutions.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA/Testers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-implementation issue analysis.
Review solution designs and technical documentation to ensure completeness, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience as a System Analyst, Senior System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, system analysis, and solution design for enterprise applications.
Proven experience preparing System Specification, Functional Specification, Data Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, User Stories, and API Specifications.
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System Architecture, System Integration, RESTful APIs, Database Design, and Microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL with the ability to design data models and analyze data structures.
Experience working closely with development teams, QA teams, business stakeholders, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, and troubleshooting complex system issues.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead system analysis activities independently while mentoring junior team members.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
