Job Description:
Lead and manage the Quality Engineering team and resources according to project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, motivate team members, and support their professional development.
Resolve team challenges and conflicts while maintaining effective collaboration and delivery.
Design, create, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases using appropriate QA techniques and tools.
Develop test plans, testing goals, strategies, scope, and priorities based on project and product requirements.
Act as the key QA representative and point of contact, coordinating testing activities and QA-related matters across teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Software Developers, and System Management teams to clarify requirements, issues, and testability of user stories.
Delegate testing assignments, organize priorities, and review the completeness and quality of test plans, test cases, and test data.
Ensure defects and quality issues are properly identified, documented, tracked, prioritized, and resolved through the defect tracking system.
Recommend appropriate solutions or workarounds for defects and actively contribute to continuous product and process improvement.
Research new testing technologies, tools, and practices to continuously improve testing efficiency and overall product quality.
Promote quality awareness, best practices, and a strong quality mindset across the QA team and wider project teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any related field.
8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong knowledge of Agile development processes.
Strong experience in Back-end and API testing in API testing using Postman.
Good understanding of testing concepts and methodologies for web-based and/or mobile applications.
Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Postman, JUnit, OCUnit, Mock Frameworks, SOAPUI, Robot Framework, Selenium, or Cucumber is an advantage.
Experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, and BDD is an advantage.
Experience with Jenkins or other Continuous Integration tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of Python, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and commit to team schedules and project goals.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a service-minded, enthusiastic, and self-learning attitude.
Strong sense of ownership with a continuous-improvement mindset to find better, faster, and more effective ways of working.
Positive, open-minded, hardworking, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Fluent in Thai with good command in English.
