Job Description:

  • Plan, design, and execute test cases for mobile banking applications, covering both frontend and backend systems.
  • Perform various types of testing, including Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, API, and Performance Testing, to ensure overall system quality.
  • Perform API testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and integration of backend services.
  • Identify, document, track, and report software defects and testing results.
  • Perform root cause analysis of identified defects and work closely with developers to support timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Escalate critical issues and risks to the Test Lead, Analyst Lead, or relevant project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional teams throughout the software development and testing lifecycle.

    • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer or relevant fields.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester, with hands-on experience in Mobile Banking application testing.
  • Experience in designing and executing test scenarios and test cases for both frontend and backend systems.
  • Good understanding of frontend/backend technologies, system integration, and application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing and related testing tools.
  • Familiar with Integration, E2E, Regression, and other functional testing approaches.
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and defect analysis skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG is a plus.
