Job Description:
- Gather and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements
- Analyze and identify risk and opportunities to improve business process
- Provide solutions that help customer achieve their business’ goals
- Create system requirements specification for new systems and processes
- Help in developing and testing functionality to ensure new system meet user requirement
- Create and/or review manual, procedure and related user documentation
- Act as a liaison between the business and implementation team
Requirement:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, MIS or related fields
- 5+ years experiences in software development with 2+ yrs. in BA role
- Have proven experience for customer management for small, medium and large projects
- Highly self-motivated & able to work well under pressure
- Good communication skill both Thai and English
- Able to work onsite client (in Rama 3 sometimes)
