Job Description:

Provide application, software, hardware and operational support through any IT related problem

Respond to user’s concern via telephone, email, facsimile, or video conference prompt and efficiently

Accurately log all helpdesk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Information

Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area

Any adhoc assigned

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.

1-3 year experiences in IT Support or similar position.

Knowledge in Network, Wifi, Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, Printer and smart devices.

Ability to handle PC common problems.

Good communication skills and comfortable working with business and technical people

Service-minded. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
