Job Description:

Lead QA team and mentoring junior software test engineers in the team

Create and execute test case, test scenario to validate all features to ensure requirement & quality met

Report/reproduce defects with the correct severity level and provide both technical and business impact assessment of the defects, along with providing basic root-cause analysis

Responsible on functional test both end-to-end and point-to-point methodology

Develop automation test designs and test scripts

Plan, Track defect and report the test result
