Job Description:


  • Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Execute tasks within specified SLAs to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Team Leads, to coordinate support efforts.
  • Actively participate in learning and development to improve technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer service proficiency.
  • Provide clear and concise shift reports to enable smooth handovers between shifts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Business Users and Engineers.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, handover notes, and knowledge bases.
  • Participate in a rotating shift schedule (5 working days per week) to provide 7-day support coverage across two shifts (Morning/Evening).

Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Computer, Digital Innovation, Multimedia, or any relevant fields.
  • Basic understanding of IT/Application escalation procedures, ticketing systems, and incident management tools. (would be advantaged)
  • Customer service experience. (would be advantaged)
  • Strong customer-centric approach, effective communication, and empathy when interacting with users.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Passion for learning and self-development.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Fresh grades are eligible to apply and will be considered.
  • A determined interest in commencing or transitioning their career path to Application Support will be considered.
  • Proficient in spoken, written, and reading skills in Thai & English, with a strong emphasis on communication is mandatory.
  • Able to work in Shift (Current times are 7:30 -15:30 and 15:00-22:30), 5 day a week
