Job Description:
- Installing new software and hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
- Fixing network faults
- Network maintenance
- Technical support for people using the network
- Training staff on new systems
- Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
- Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- 3-5 years working experience in Network Support or Network Operation
- Good command in Window server, backup/restore server, firewall, join AD, implement share storage, VPN, Security server, monitor incidents
- In depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN and GAN)
- Good at problem solving
- Good at organising and multitasking
- Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms
- CompTIA+ Certificate is a plus
