Job Description:
Responsible for delivering process automation solution by translating operation processes into application development and implementation tasks.
Participate in RPA development – formulate ideas, collecting and analyzing user requirements, system design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Provide production supports, investigate, and fix robotic application problems.
Provide help with various business or technical units, communications with different stakeholders and follow up enquiries.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or relevant fields.
At least 3 years in Software Development with 2 years in in RPA Development.
Good design and implementation knowledge in business process automation and transformation
Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills w/ good interpersonal & teamwork skills.
Able to use BluePrism is preferably.
Ability to work independently with fluency in Thai & English.
