Job Description:


  • Problem solving issue raise by users in multiple applications
  • Provide technical support to customers/users within the company
  • Manage ticket query system within the Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure up to date the knowledge base of fixes
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
  • Suggest preventive measures for issues to not happen again
  • Identify and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs, modifying configuration, query the database, re-import data and so on
  • Requirement:


  • Demonstrated experience of working with applications or systems, which could include implementing or supporting a system or in a Helpdesk compacity
  • Have an IT background is a plus
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in IT and dealing with users is a plus
  • Interest in information technology
  • Good awareness of Customer Care
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, with ability to help users
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to analyze and take initiative action in a situation
  • Passion for learning and self development
