Job Description:


  • Assisting HR & Admin Manager in organization’s recruitment, training and development programs, organization development, compensation & benefits administration, and human resources data management.
  • Supporting HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives.
  • Recommending and implementing policies and procedures based on a thorough knowledge of employment and benefit laws.
  • Evaluating and managing Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes; assessing organizational development needs of operating, business and functional units.
  • Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
  • Implementing and facilitating induction program for new hired employees so that they can integrate into organizational culture and follow the same framework.
  • Managing the performance appraisal and feedback programs; coaching Managers on performance review process and appropriate feedback, and documentation.
  • Gathering and assessing feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes and highlights.
  • Evaluating and partnering with management to resolve interpersonal and work-related problems and meeting with supervisors and managers to determine effective mediation techniques, such as coaching, job skill training or intervention.
  • Ensuring effective and legally compliant plans to address employee performance issues, performance improvement plans and other documentation.
  • Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company and conduct analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines.
  • Leading and launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the company.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in human resources supervisory position
  • Knowledge in Thai Labor Laws and regulations, International and local HR trends
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have counselling and guidance skills and a strong potential for negotiation
  • High responsibility and prioritize work effectively within the tight deadline
  • Microsoft office literacy (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English (TOEIC score more than 700 is preferable)
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong sense of urgency
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Can do attitude, hardworking, high accountability and adaptability to change
