Job Description:

Responsible for supervising and handling day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and fixed assets for multiple companies within Aware Group
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Verify the accuracy of monthly tax filings e.g., VAT, withholding tax, and duty stamp
Perform interim and fiscal year-end close activities and assist with activities and requirements of external auditors
Prepare cooperate income tax filings; PND50 and PND51
Prepare various reports as required by management
Help implement and improve accounting systems, policies, and internal controls
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
Other duties as assigned to meet organizational requirements

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or related field
4–7 years of working experience in the accounting field
At least 2 years of experience in Accounting team in Medium to Large company or group of companies
Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end account closing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
Deadline-driven with a positive attitude toward teamwork
Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in Thai with fair command of English
