Job Description:
- Drive and manage Amazon stores across multiple regions, ensuring optimized product listings, proactive inventory management, and excellent customer communication to maximize sales.
- Spearhead the growth of Lazada and Shopee online stores, implementing strategic campaigns and optimization techniques to significantly increase sales volume and brand visibility.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of critical e-commerce operations, including the preparation of accounting support documents, VAT reports, and precise inventory records.
- Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely purchasing and efficient export of products.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct product photoshoots and creative asset development in collaboration with the design team, ensuring brand consistency and high conversion rates.
- Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive social media content strategies, email campaigns, and online promotional activities in both English and Thai.
- Take ownership of the e-commerce website content (including product, promotional, and editorial), ensuring it is current, engaging, and optimized for sales performance.
- Conduct in-depth competitor research and market analysis to propose and implement data-driven improvements to overall marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Oversee and ensure a high standard of responsive customer service, efficiently managing complex inquiries to drive outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and manage necessary administrative documents, including quotations, sales orders, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
- Lead the analysis of sales performance and e-commerce data to generate actionable insights that directly inform and support key business decisions.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of special customer orders and provide essential support for general office operations as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing or a related digital role.
- Experience successfully managing and growing sales on major e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Etsy, or eBay.
- Strong familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) and a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel functions for data analysis) and various internet-based e-commerce and marketing tools.
- Highly detail-oriented, diligent, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
- Flexible, hardworking, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Creative, innovative, and service-minded with strong organizational skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English.
