Job Description:


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Presales/Technical teams to gather required information and ensure accurate responses to customers.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and related sales documentation accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain and update customer records, opportunity tracking, and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Support sales operations processes including contract documentation, order processing, and internal approvals.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and administrative summaries for management review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service (IT industry experience is an advantage).
  • Basic IT knowledge, technical background, or strong interest in IT solutions/services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, well-organized, service-minded, and able to work under pressure.
  • Thai native speaker with good English communication skills (written and verbal).
