Provide training to employees on standard applications required for work such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 services and general IT security topics with a strong focus on providing guidance and demonstrate best practices to help minimize security risks for the company
Develop and manage the training curriculum in collaboration with IT and Business leaders to drive company awareness, people capabilities and compliance
Manage the curriculum delivery to identify and implement learning channels and platforms that drive employee engagement and expected performance
Manage learning & development records to ensure accurate measurement of employee engagement and completion of assigned L&D tasks
Manage learning & development communications to ensure awareness, engagement and excitement of Aware L&D programs for IT
Work closely with the Human Resources & Organization Development team to deliver plans for IT Training and employee knowledge improvement
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Information Technology or relevant fields
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Professional IT Trainer, IT Teacher or IT-related teaching position
Good understanding of IT Securities, Policy and Data Protection
Experience in producing appealing, multimedia course material
Knowledge of effective training techniques to be used in a corporate environment
Impressive communication, presentation, motivational and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferably experience in setting up or at least maintaining an e-learning platform
Able to delivery programs in Thai and communication in English
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is a strong plus
