Job Description:


  • Provide technical consultation and design end-to-end solutions covering systems infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and managed IT services.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to customers.
  • Prepare technical proposals, bill of materials (BOM), scope of work (SOW), and response documents for RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Participate in customer meetings to address technical questions, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Coordinate with delivery, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth handover and accurate execution of proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, vendor products, and industry best practices to enhance solution offerings.
  • Support post-sales activities when required, including solution clarification and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
  • Experience in Presales IT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of server systems, storage, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and managed service models is preferred.
  • Certifications (preferred): Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, ITIL).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
  • Fluent in Thai, Good presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Can drive a car and have a driver’s license.
  • Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud fields are an advantage.
