Job Description:

Provide technical consultation and design end-to-end solutions covering systems infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and managed IT services.
Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to customers.
Prepare technical proposals, bill of materials (BOM), scope of work (SOW), and response documents for RFP/RFQ processes.
Participate in customer meetings to address technical questions, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Coordinate with delivery, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth handover and accurate execution of proposed solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, vendor products, and industry best practices to enhance solution offerings.
Support post-sales activities when required, including solution clarification and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–7 years of hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
Experience in Presales IT solutions.
Strong knowledge of server systems, storage, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and managed service models is preferred.
Certifications (preferred): Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, ITIL).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
Fluent in Thai, Good presentation and communication skills in English.
Can drive a car and have a driver’s license.
Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud fields are an advantage.
