Job Description:


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and performance goals for IT managed services, cloud solutions, systems integration, and support services.
  • Drive project-based sales efforts including complex, long-cycle deals across the public sector and enterprise segments.
  • Build and manage strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to expand market share, particularly in Northern Thailand and surrounding regions.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to shape client proposals, solution presentations, and value-based selling strategies.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-sale account growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting, CRM updates, and weekly/monthly reporting to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with 3–5 years in a sales management role.
  • Experience in project sales of managed services, IT infrastructure, systems integration, software solutions or license.
  • Strong understanding of IT service portfolios including managed services, cloud solutions, support services, and systems integration.
  • Ability to apply consultative selling approaches with enterprise-level customers.
  • Well-established connections within public sector and/or corporate enterprise markets, especially in Northern Thailand.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate large-scale contracts, and close key accounts.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, and team-building skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to support client engagement and business development activities.
  • Fluent in Thai with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Preferred

    • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management reporting.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
    • Background in consultative sales and solution-based selling in technology services.
