Job Description:

  • Lead client engagements to elicit requirements, capture business rules, and align scope with product and development teams.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into tangible deliverables (e.g., BRD/FRD, user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, workflow/process diagrams, data mappings).
  • Create detailed business analyses that outline problems, opportunities, and solution options with impacts and assumptions.
  • Partner with architects/engineers to design solutions; document and maintain system/process documentation.
  • Plan and support testing activities (test scenario design, SIT/UAT support) to validate requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between users and developers; provide consultation to ensure shared understanding.
  • Support related tasks across the software development lifecycle (backlog refinement, change management, training, go-live, and post-implementation).

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst; banking/financial services background preferred.
  • Proven experience working with international/expatriate stakeholders across APAC (especially Singapore).
  • Strong stakeholder management up to senior/executive level; excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective planning and organization; self-managed, results-oriented, collaborative team player with a growth, can-do mindset.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new domains, tools, and processes.
  • Fluent in Thai and Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
