Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing infrastructure and operations team. In this role, you will work on maintaining the stability, scalability, and availability of our systems while automating key processes to reduce manual work. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure systems meet performance and reliability standards.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Develop automation scripts and tools on Linux/Unix systems to enhance system reliability and reduce manual tasks
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and monitor service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in incident response to quickly restore system stability
  • Support performance tuning, scaling, and reliability improvements across distributed systems

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering role
  • Proficiency in Java or Go programming languages
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and shell scripting on Linux/Unix platforms
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in real deployment and scaling scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud
  • Understanding of SRE principles, including SLA/SLO management and automation best practices
  • Thai native level with basic command of English (able to read documentation and participate in technical discussions)
