Job Description:
Validate cases & issues
Create and prepare test cases, test script, and test execution
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Provide status report and report issues to update team
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
2-5 years in software testing function in both web and mobile application testing
Able to create test cases, test script, test scenario, and prepare test data
Experience in integration test is a plus
Able to handle incidents (validate case, issue ticket on JIRA, provide solution for internal user)
Good command in SQL query
Experience in Online Payment or eCommerce project
Familair using ServiceNow and JIRA
