Job Description:

Design and propose end-to-end IT solutions, including preparing detailed equipment lists and bill of materials (BOM).

Prepare technical documents and present IT solutions to B2B clients, including private companies, organizations, and government agencies, in a presales capacity.

Collaborate with internal teams on IT projects and perform system implementation, including installation and configuration of IT infrastructure such as servers, storage, networking, and related systems.

Prepare technical documentation and project reports summarizing implementation work and deliverables for clients.

Conduct IT system training sessions and knowledge transfer related to completed projects.

Provide technical advice, consultation, and post-implementation support to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, ICT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems or experience as a System Engineer/System Administrator.

Strong knowledge of On-Premise IT Infrastructure systems, including both physical and virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

Understanding of basic network systems such as TCP/IP, Switching, VLAN, and standard IT protocols.

Ability to design IT infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Operating System, Network) to meet client requirements.

Ability to present designed IT solutions effectively to clients.

Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server systems including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Backup, and Disaster Recovery systems.

Experience implementing and maintaining security systems, Mail Server, and File Server solutions for organizations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and occasionally work overtime when required.

Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.

Experience with Cloud Infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Huawei Cloud, or other cloud providers is an advantage.

Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.

Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, GCP, or Azure Cloud technologies are an advantage.
