Job Description:
Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects related to Credit Card systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Develop and maintain key project documentation, including Project Charter, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), project plans, test documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements in collaboration with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests, providing timely escalation and resolution when necessary.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular project status updates for stakeholders and senior management.
Support and oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
Facilitate project meetings, requirement workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment across all parties.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in centralized repositories such as SharePoint or Confluence.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, governance, and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
4–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Delivery, or Project Coordination, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects, from requirement gathering through implementation and production support.
Strong experience in project documentation, including Project Charter, BRD, FSD, project plans, test documentation, and status reporting.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Knowledge of Credit Card systems, payment processing, or banking applications will be a strong advantage.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Visio.
Basic understanding of APIs, database concepts, system integration, and SQL is preferred.
