Job Description:


  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects related to Credit Card systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation, including Project Charter, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), project plans, test documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements in collaboration with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests, providing timely escalation and resolution when necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular project status updates for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support and oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
  • Facilitate project meetings, requirement workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment across all parties.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in centralized repositories such as SharePoint or Confluence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 4–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Delivery, or Project Coordination, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects, from requirement gathering through implementation and production support.
  • Strong experience in project documentation, including Project Charter, BRD, FSD, project plans, test documentation, and status reporting.
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of Credit Card systems, payment processing, or banking applications will be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Visio.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, database concepts, system integration, and SQL is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating SIT/UAT activities, defect management, deployment planning, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluent in Thai with strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
