Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang
  • Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Fiber
  • Design clean and maintainable API structures, including request/response handling, middleware, and authentication/authorization
  • Develop and optimize database queries and manage data storage using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and support integration testing activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Frontend, Business Analysts (BA), QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Prepare, maintain, and improve technical documentation for developed systems
  • Follow best practices in software development, including version control, code reviews, and secure coding standards

    • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in backend development using Golang
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Go framework: Gin, Echo, or Fiber
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and HTTP protocol
  • Solid experience working with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries
  • Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
  • Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial domain is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture and distributed systems (Nice to have)
  • Experience with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ (Nice to have)
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP (Nice to have)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes (Nice to have)
  • Fluent in Thai with basic command in English
