Job Description:

  • Plan, design, review, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure software quality.
  • Perform Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, API, and other testing as required.
  • Review test scenarios, test cases, and test results prepared by junior testers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and test coverage.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers on testing methodologies, test case design, defect reporting, and best practices.
  • Identify, analyze, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support troubleshooting of complex application issues.
  • Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Monitor testing progress, report test execution status, and escalate critical issues or risks to the Test Lead and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development and testing lifecycle.

    • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance, covering web and mobile applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, execution, and review.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects with complex systems and multiple integrations; banking or financial services experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and API testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Experience mentoring junior testers, reviewing test cases, and providing technical guidance to improve testing quality.
  • Good understanding of frontend/backend systems, system integration, and software testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and defect analysis skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with developers, Business Analysts, and project stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, test automation tools, or performance testing is a plus.
  • Thai Native speaker with good command in English.
