Job Description:
Analyze business and system requirements to design effective test scenarios and test cases
Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability
Own testing scope for assigned modules/features and ensure complete test coverage
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues
Validate data accuracy using SQL queries and support data-related testing
Support SIT and UAT activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting
Work closely with BA, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
3 – 5 years of experience in manual testing
Strong experience in testing both web and mobile applications
Ability to analyze requirements and design test scenarios/test cases independently
Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform defect analysis
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset with good time management and ownership
Nice to have: Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman) or exposure to automation testing
Thai Native level with good command in English for dicumentattion
