Work Alongside Experienced IT Professionals

Program Director and Test Manager, Wathanasak (Dan) Sronchaiprasith will lead you through the Aware Academy.

Wathanasak initiated and administers the Aware Academy, a training academy designed to produce world-class software test engineers to serve the growing needs in software testing and quality assurance in Thailand and eventually around the world. A thought leader and a change agent in software testing and quality assurance, his capabilities cover a range of testing services; however, his core expertise and strengths are in commercial software and banking applications. Educated and trained in the United States, Wathanasak is a 15-year software testing veteran who spent most of his career before joining Aware working with some of the world's top IT companies including IBM, Microsoft and Symantec.

Since joining Aware in 2013, Wathanasak has introduced and implemented international software testing standards and best practices, strengthening Aware's leading role in Thailand's software testing services industry. In his current capacity he manages Aware’s Testing Services Group in Chiang Mai, while providing test leadership and support for projects in Bangkok. He also manages a team of software engineers, overseeing the architecture, design, development and deployment of Aware’s new innovative test automation application, GrapeWare.
