Job Description:

Gather and understand requirements from Digital Marketing Team, Marketing Teams and Business Units
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Direct ongoing usability testing and assessment
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct A/B testing of alternative UI designs
Implement layout adjustments based on measurement, analysis and user feedback
Advise and assist Content Management Specialists with formatting of webpage content and appropriate image selection
Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
3 – 5 years of UX design experience as a key, hands-on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team with a portfolio of design work
Experienced at driving a user experience from start-to-finish that delivers results
Experienced at creating and revising information architecture documents and diagrams including but not limited to: content diagrams, content maps, wire frame diagrams, comprehensive diagrams and static prototypes
Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS design capabilities
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Balsamiq, InVision)
Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX
Competent in all of facets of the design process, and exceptionally talented and skilled in Interaction and Information Architecture Design
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience in project management is a plus
