Job Description:
- Issue Sales invoice or Credit note according to request.
- Issue Sales receipt.
- Record sales and AR transaction to accounting software.
- Filing all documents relate to sales and receipt transaction.
- Prepare Daily receipt report, Weekly AR aging report.
- Prepare Sales VAT report for Revenue department filing.
- Prepare information to support monthly financial statement closing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting. (AR is preferable)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (VAT, Withholding tax)
- Very responsible and able to work overtime to complete work within deadline
- Good command of English (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking)
