Job Description:


  • Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment
  • Support and coordinate production incidents
  • Analyze and provide suitable solutions
  • Work within Service-Level Agreement: SLA as agree with the team
  • Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments
  • Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provisioning process, Firewall process
  • Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support
  • Have basic SQL skill
  • Have basic IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • Have an experience in basic Windows, Unix OS, Oracle SQL
  • Have analysis skill
  • Have software development skill such as Java and/or C# .NET will be an advantage
  • Experience in WebSphere App Server will be an advantage
