Job Description:

Collect, extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and Python to support business decisions.

Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, trends, and key metrics.

Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights.

Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports and analysis.

Prepare ad-hoc reports, data visualizations, and analytical summaries to support business operations and decision-making.

Document data definitions, analysis methods, and reporting requirements, and continuously improve existing dashboards and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Computer or any related field

3 – 5 year of experience with Data Analysis role

Understanding of data analysis, big data, SQL, and Python

Experience using business intelligence tools or data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI)

Able to analyze trends and patterns for solving problems of business insight in big data by working with business user and data scientist/data engineer

Excellent in Microsoft Excel (i.e., Pivot table, VLOOKUP) and Power Point

Understanding of data quality control principles and SLA management

Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Basic knowledge of geospatial data/GIS is a plus

Thai Native Speaking with fair command in English
