Job Description:
วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจและระบบ เพื่อออกแบบ Test Scenario และ Test Case อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ดำเนินการทดสอบแบบ Manual สำหรับ Web และ Mobile Application เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ และการใช้งาน
รับผิดชอบขอบเขตการทดสอบในส่วนงานหรือฟีเจอร์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และให้ครอบคลุมการทดสอบทั้งหมด
ตรวจสอบ บันทึก และติดตามข้อผิดพลาด (Defect) พร้อมระบุขั้นตอนการเกิดปัญหาและผลกระทบอย่างชัดเจน
วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) และทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อแก้ไข
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลด้วย SQL และสนับสนุนการทดสอบด้านข้อมูล
สนับสนุนการทดสอบ SIT และ UAT รวมถึงการวางแผน การดำเนินการ และการรายงานผล
ทำงานร่วมกับ BA, Developer และ Stakeholders ตลอดกระบวนการ SDLC
เข้าร่วม Agile/Scrum ceremonies และมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนากระบวนการ QA อย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications & Requirements:
จบปริญญาตรีจากคณะวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ 3 – 5 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Software Tester และในงาน Manual Testing
มีประสบการณ์ทดสอบทั้ง Web และ Mobile Application
สามารถวิเคราะห์ Requirement และออกแบบ Test Scenario/Test Case ได้อย่างอิสระ
มีประสบการณ์ใช้เครื่องมือบริหาร Test Case และ Bug Tracking เช่น JIRA, TestRail
มีความรู้ด้าน SQL สำหรับตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
มีความเข้าใจใน SDLC และกระบวนการ QA
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน Agile/Scrum
มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถวิเคราะห์ Defect ได้
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงานได้
มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบ และบริหารเวลาได้ดี
หากมีความรู้หรือสนใจในงาน Automation Testing เช่น API Testing (Postman) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ระดับเจ้าของภาษาและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
