Job Description:
เป็นผู้นำและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีม Software Engineering โดยกำหนดทิศทางด้านเทคนิค ให้คำปรึกษา Coaching และสนับสนุนการทำงานของทีม
ออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล Backend Applications และ Services ที่รองรับการขยายตัวของระบบ (Scalability) โดยใช้ Golang เป็นหลัก
ออกแบบ REST APIs, Microservices และ Event-Driven Architecture สำหรับแพลตฟอร์มระดับองค์กร
ขับเคลื่อนการหารือด้านเทคนิค การตัดสินใจด้าน Architecture และการออกแบบ Solution ร่วมกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งฝั่ง Business และ Technical
ดูแลและยกระดับคุณภาพของ Software ผ่าน Engineering Best Practices, Code Review, Automated Testing และ CI/CD
ออกแบบและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของ Solution โดยใช้ SQL Database, Caching, Search และ Message Queue Technologies
พัฒนาและดูแล Cloud-Native Applications บน Google Cloud Platform (GCP) โดยใช้ Docker และ Kubernetes
กำหนดแนวทางด้าน Observability และ Monitoring โดยใช้ Prometheus, Grafana และ OpenTelemetry
ทำงานร่วมกับ Product Owner, Business Analyst, Architect, QA, DevOps และทีม Engineering อื่น ๆ อย่างใกล้ชิด
รับผิดชอบ Technical Delivery ของทีม พร้อมนำทีมรับมือกับความไม่ชัดเจน การเปลี่ยนแปลงของ Requirements และความท้าทายทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน
Qualifications & Requirements:
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติ คณิตศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปี ในงานพัฒนาโปรแกรม Software Development
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Team Lead, Technical Lead หรือบทบาทผู้นำทีม Engineering ที่เทียบเท่า
มีประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาระบบด้วย Golang
มีความรู้และความเข้าใจอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ REST API และ API Integration
มีประสบการณ์และความเข้าใจอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับ Microservices Architecture
มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SQL Database เช่น PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle หรือเทคโนโลยีที่เทียบเท่า
มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Git, Docker และ Kubernetes
มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและดูแล CI/CD Pipelines
มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Message Queue และ Streaming Technologies เช่น Kafka, RabbitMQ หรือ Pub/Sub
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Observability Tools และ Practices เช่น Prometheus, Grafana และ OpenTelemetry
มีความรับผิดชอบและ Ownership สูง สามารถรับผิดชอบทั้งผลลัพธ์ด้านเทคนิคและการส่งมอบงานของทีม
สามารถขับเคลื่อนการหารือ ประสานงาน และสร้างความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันระหว่าง Business และ Technical Stakeholders
มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจด้าน Loyalty, CRM, Telco, E-commerce หรือ Digital Platform จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
หากมีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบหรือดูแลระบบที่รองรับ Transaction ปริมาณสูง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดีเยี่ยม และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
